Shuttle Out Vacation Condo in Premier Downtown Location - 1/2 block
from Main Street. Large 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Sleeps 6-8. Located at the
base of the 4 o'clock ski run, with ski in access to within steps of
your front door. Unit is located two blocks from Peak 9. Shuttles run
every fifteen minutes and are located directly in front of the condo.
Shuttles access both Peak 8 and Peak 9 bases. View from the condo
overlooks the Blue River and the backside of Main Street. Bridges
provide easy access to central downtown shops, dining, and
entertainment. You'll have everything you need for the perfect ski
vacation at your fingertips!

- Check in
time is 4 PM.
Keys can be picked up at Colorado Mountain
Services (CMS). CMS is located in the Summit Ridge Center right on Hwy 9
on the North side of Breckenridge.
If coming from Denver: Once
you pass the sign saying that you've entered Breckenridge City Limits,
immediately on your left will be Breck Inn and then Summit Ridge Center.
If you see the 7-11, you've just missed it. Enter into the atrium
(middle area) of the Summit Ridge center and proceed upstairs. At the
top of the stairs, go left fo the door for CMS...you will pass through a
small hallway.
If you are coming from Colorado Springs, pass
thorugh the town of Breckenridge and look for Summit Ridge Center on
your right. It will be located immediately after the 7-11 store.
CMS's phone number is (970) 453-6390. If you will be arriving
after 6 PM Mountain time, please give CMS a call and let them know your
approximate arrival time so that they will know that you still plan on
arriving. If you arrive after hours (CMS's regular hours are 10 AM - 6
PM), a key will be left at the door for you with your name on it. If you
have any problems with check-in or during your stay, CMS is your local
contact.
Please take your confirmation sheet with you and keep
the number for CMS handy if you need it. Also please ensure that you
receive a parking pass to place on your rear view mirror. You are
allowed 1 vehicle in the condo parking lot.

- Check
out time is 10 AM. You will need to return the keys to Colorado Mountain
Services (CMS) to check out.

- No
Smoking.
No Pets. Quiet hours after 11 PM.
Renters will
be responsible for any property damages incurred during their stay.
Condo does not offer daily cleaning services. For weekly,
rentals, a mid-week towel exchange will be provided.
Condo
allows one vehicle to be parked on premise. Please ensure that you have
a parking pass on your rear view mirror. You will receive a parking pass
with your keys at check in.

- Directions to Property:
From
Denver: Take I-70 West approximately 95 miles. Turn South on Highway 9
(exit 203 at Frisco). Continue 9 miles into Breckenridge. Once you enter
the city limits, watch for Ski Hill Road (at a stoplight). Take a right.
At the next stoplight, take a left onto S. Park Avenue. Condo is
the second building on your left. It's a large grey building with a ski
rental shop, Chinese restaurant, and liquor store on the ground floor.
Parking is in the rear of the building. Please place a parking pass
(should receive during check in) on your rear view window to ensure you
are not towed.
From Colorado Springs: Take highway 24 west of
Colorado Springs. Just after you pass through Hartsel, Colorado, turn
right onto Highway 9. Proceed for approximately 10 miles and you'll come
to a stop sign. At stop sign, take another right, continuing north on
Highway 9. Go approximately 2 miles and take a left (still on Highway9)
entering Fairplay, Colorado. Continue on Highway 9 through Fairplay and
Alma and over Hoosier Pass. As you enter Breckenridge, take a left at
the second stoplight, S. Park Avenue. Follow it around and look
for the condo on your right. It is just past the riverwalk center
and just before River Mountain Lodge. If you hit the stoplight, you've
gone to far. The condo is located in a large grey building, with a
ski rental shop, liquor store, and Chinese restaurant on the ground
floor. Parking is in the rear of the building. Please place a parking
pass (should have received during check in) on the rear view mirror of
your car to avoid towing.
You are allowed to park one car in the
condo parking lot. Please park in the residential parking at the back of
the building.
